Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using any ACFAddons plugin ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Plugin.
License
Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on the number of WordPress sites specified in your plan (single site, 5 sites, or unlimited sites). You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Plugin or its source code.
Free vs. Pro
The free version is distributed via WordPress.org under the GPLv2 license. You may use it on any number of sites at no cost, with no license key required. The Pro version is a commercial add-on. It requires a valid license key and is subject to these Terms.
Payment and billing
All payments are processed by Freemius, our third-party billing provider. ACFAddons does not store your payment card details. Yearly plans renew automatically at the rate in effect at the time of renewal. You'll receive a reminder email before each renewal. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase and do not renew.
14-day money-back guarantee
If the Pro plugin doesn't work as described, email us at hello@acfaddons.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. Refunds are not available after 14 days or for renewals of existing subscriptions.
Updates and support
Yearly plan holders receive updates and priority email support (24-hour response SLA) for the duration of their active subscription. Lifetime plan holders receive updates and priority support forever. Free users receive community support via the WordPress.org forums.
Prohibited uses
You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Pro source code beyond what GPLv2 permits; use the Plugin to build a competing product; or share your license key with others. Violations will result in license termination without refund.
Intellectual property
ACFAddons retains all rights to the Plugin's name, branding, and non-GPL components. "Advanced Custom Fields" and "ACF" are trademarks of WP Engine. ACFAddons is an independent third-party developer and is not affiliated with WP Engine.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Plugin is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every server configuration. Always test on a staging site before deploying to production.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACFAddons's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Plugin is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll notify Pro license holders by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Plugin after that date constitutes acceptance.
